There's nothing quite as thrilling as enjoying a cup (or two) of ice cream. So when Baskin-Robbins launched its Happy Monsters series, we needed to find a way for families to have an out-of-the-ordinary experience while adding a sprinkle of magic to the Halloween season.
Instead of taking the 'scary' route, we positioned Baskin-Robbins' Happy Monsters as characters that spread cheer and fought fear, bringing joy at a time when Malaysians were facing uncertainty during the pandemic. The campaign debuted on social media, and was supported through paid media.
